Guess The Gold Price Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Entry is open to all except employees, immediate family members of employees or employees of any company associated with the Promotion.

Entry

• The Promotion commences on 08/10/2025 and entries close on 26/10/2025 at 12.00am.
• To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry form.
• Multiple entries from the same name / phone number / email shall be permitted, with the last entry by date / time submitted by close of promotion considered your final guess.  .
• By entering, you agree to subscribe to and receive marketing material from Miners Den by email / sms.

Prizes and winning

• Winning entry will be closest to the actual $Aud Bid Price of gold /Ozt to the nearest $0.01c according to https://kitco.com/charts/gold  at 12am on 01/11/2025

• The prize draw will take place at 1.00pm on 03/11/2025* at 109 Watson Street, Jackass Flat, VIC 3550 (*date may be subject to change*)
• The winner will receive a genuine gold nugget valued at $250 at the time of the prize draw..
• The gold nugget is not redeemable for cash.
• There will be 1 prize winner.

Prize conditions

• Winner will be notified by phone/email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• The winner will have their (limited) details published on The Miners Den Show and on our Facebook Page.
• If the prize is unclaimed or unawarded due to the winner being uncontactable, prize will be awarded to the next correct entry by date / time, 3 MONTHS AFTER PROMOTION END on 03/02/2026 at 12.00pm at 109 Watson Street, Jackass Flat, Vic 3550. The winner will be contacted by phone and email and results published.
• Winner will be required to provide their name, phone number, address and email details to facilitate shipping of the prize if unable to collect in person from Miners Den Bendigo.
