Weigh small gold finds with the Miners Den Digital Gold Prospecting Scales. With a 50g capacity and a display that reads in 0.001g increments, these pocket scales offer finer displayed measurements than the 200g and 3kg models in the Miners Den range.

Made for small finds

Use the tweezers to handle small nuggets and the removable plastic lid as a tray to help contain fine gold. Place the empty tray on the scales and use the tare function before adding your gold, so the displayed weight excludes the tray.

The backlit LCD helps you read the display, while the stainless steel weighing platform and protective plastic housing make a practical addition to your prospecting kit. Switch between grams, troy ounces, ounces, pennyweight, grains and carats.

Getting a useful reading

Use a firm, level surface away from wind and vibration, and follow the supplied calibration instructions. Keep the combined weight of your tray and contents within the 50g capacity, even when using tare.

The 0.001g figure describes the display increments; it is not a guarantee of accuracy within 0.001g or a minimum measurable weight.

Need a different capacity?

For a larger weighing capacity, consider the 200g / 0.01g scales or the 3kg / 0.1g scales. Choose the capacity and display increments that suit what you plan to weigh.
