3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 12:01am AEDT on 18/03/2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 22/04/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligible Entrants
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, Nokta, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter (Official Entry Method)
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:
1. Visit the official promotion page at https://www.minersden.com.au/legend-2-competition
2. Complete and submit the official online entry form
3. Provide all requested details, including at minimum:
• Full name
• Valid email address
• Valid mobile phone number
Only entries submitted via the official entry form on the promotion landing page will be accepted as valid entries.
Each eligible entrant is entitled to one (1) standard entry only, unless bonus entries apply under clause 6.
Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Bonus Entries for Purchasers
Entrants who purchase a Nokta Legend 2 Metal Detector from Miners Den during the Promotion Period will receive five (5) bonus entries into the draw.
To qualify for bonus entries:
• The purchase must be made directly from Miners Den during the Promotion Period
• The purchase must be fully paid for before the closing date
• The order must not be cancelled, refunded, reversed, or returned prior to the draw
• Bonus entries will be allocated by the Promoter using customer purchase records matched to the entrant’s details
Bonus entries are in addition to the entrant’s one (1) standard entry.
If multiple qualifying purchases are made, the Promoter may limit bonus entries to one set of five (5) bonus entries per customer, unless otherwise stated.
7. Social Media & Promotional Activities
Entrants may be encouraged to:
• Subscribe to the Miners Den YouTube Channel
• Like the Miners Den Facebook Page
• Watch weekly campaign videos
• Comment on campaign posts
• Share campaign content with friends
These actions are encouraged for engagement and to stay up to date with the promotion, however they are not required to enter and do not automatically increase the chances of winning unless expressly stated elsewhere by the Promoter.
8. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won:
• 1 x Nokta Legend 2 Metal Detector
Total prize value: AUD $1599.00
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Winner Selection
This promotion is a game of chance.
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period, including any valid bonus entries.
The draw will take place at:

The draw may be conducted manually or electronically.
10. Winner Notification & Announcement
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided in the entry form within 7 days of the draw.
The winner may also be announced on:

• The Miners Den Facebook Page
• The Miners Den YouTube Channel
• The Miners Den website
By entering, entrants consent to their first name, suburb/city, and/or state being published if they are the winner.
11. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of being notified.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
12. Redraw (If Required)
If a redraw is required, it will take place at

Any redraw winner will be notified and announced in the same manner as the original winner.
13. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, residence, and purchase (where bonus entries are claimed).
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
• tampers with the entry process
• submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• breaches these Terms and Conditions
• engages in conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion
14. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of:
• administering the promotion
• contacting entrants in relation to the promotion
• notifying the winner
• fulfilling the prize
• sending marketing communications from Miners Den where the entrant has opted in or where otherwise permitted by law

16. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, vary, or terminate the promotion if, for any reason, the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, including due to:
• technical issues
• fraud
• unauthorised intervention
• events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
