Designed and assembled in Australia, the AlgoForce E1500 Plus uses Ultra-Fine Pulse Induction (PI) technology to search for small gold nuggets in mineralised ground. Its lightweight carbon-fibre shaft packs down for travel, while adjustable detection settings let you adapt to the site and the targets you are chasing.
Built for the goldfields
- Ultra-Fine PI technology provides sensitivity to small gold, with detection modes for different target sizes and ground conditions.
- Selectable soil settings and automatic ground balance help manage ground response. Adjust settings as ground conditions change.
- Automatic or manual frequency scan helps reduce electrical interference. Nearby interference sources may still require sensitivity adjustments or moving away.
Detection depth and sensitivity depend on the coil, target size and orientation, ground mineralisation, interference and detector settings.
More information about each target
Conductive Target ID (0–99) in Pinpoint Mode helps assess target size and conductivity. Higher numbers generally indicate larger or more conductive targets. Treat the reading as a guide when deciding what to investigate; it does not guarantee whether a target is gold or rubbish.

Choose a compatible coil and power bank
- Coil: compatible 5-pin GPX 4500/5000 aftermarket mono coil, sold separately. DD coils are not recommended. Check compatibility for your specific coil before purchase.
- Power: external 5V USB power bank with a minimum 3A output, sold separately. Runtime varies with power-bank capacity, condition and detector settings.

Beach detecting and water protection
The Beach soil setting supports searching beach sand for jewellery, coins and other metal targets. The control box is not water-resistant and must not be immersed. Keep it protected from water when detecting near the shoreline. Water resistance of the separate coil and power bank depends on the model you choose; follow each manufacturer's rating and care instructions.
